Do you have any minimums for catering?
Our delivery catering packages require an order for a minimum of 10 guests. Our full service catering requires orders for a minimum of 20 guests.
Is Delivery Available?
Yes. We currently offer delivery to the St. Louis area. Delivery charges are based on distance from the restaurant and size of the order. Please call 314-962-4155 for details.
What levels of service do you offer?
We currently offer the following:
- Self Service Buffet: Served in disposable aluminum pans and trays; perfect for leftovers and easy clean up. You can either come to our restaurant or have it delivered.
- Delivered & Set up Buffet: We will drop off your buffet, and set it up with linens, skirts, stainless steel chafing dishes and serving utensils, and Sterno. We’ll pick it up the next day.
- Full Service Buffet: We’ll bring everything for the set up buffet plus our tables if you need them. Our catering team will set-up and replenish your buffet and keep it tidy during your event. Afterwards, we’ll clean up.
How do I know I will like your food?
If you haven’t tried our food, we invite you to come and sample our wide selection. Please call Lisa at 314-962-4155 to schedule a time. Tasting is available from Monday thru Friday at 11:00 or 2:00 p.m. You will need to make your selections from our catering menu for the items you would like to taste. There is a minimal cost associated with tastings.
Can you make accommodations for special diets?
Absolutely! We offer vegetarian and gluten free options.
I only need some items catered. Do I have to purchase one of your buffets?
Absolutely not. We offer all of your catering specialties as a la carte catering items so you can order exactly what you need. Give us a call for pricing.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We can accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
How much notice do you need to book my event?
We guarantee to fulfill and deliver any order scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance with a signed contract. However, feel free to call us at 314-962-4155 for last minute orders.
For Full Service Catering, we recommend you book as far in advance as possible to ensure your date is reserved on our calendar. However if you have a last minute event, and we have an opening on the calendar, we will be happy to work with you.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, 50% of the cost of the event is required at contract signing.
What is your cancellation policy?
All self-service catering orders are prepaid and there are no cancellations. For all full service catering, we require 72 hours notice because we must schedule staff, prepare food, and block off our catering calendar. A portion of your deposit is non refundable as stated on the contract.
Do you keep my orders on file?
We use the industry’s leading catering system to keep up with all of your catering orders and quotes. At any time, you can call us, and we’ll be happy to email you a copy of any order or quickly place a duplicate order for you.
